She's not swearing off booze (and who would?!) but "Lost" newbie Rebecca Mader has a novel way to avoid the show's dreaded DUI curse -- don't drive!
Someone please tell Daniel Dae Kim, Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros that well-kept secret.

Apparently working on a show that no one understands is enough to drive anyone to drink.
"Lost" star Daniel Dae Kim pleaded no contest to DUI charges yesterday, making him the third cast member on the series to earn his drunk wings. The previous two, Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros, were systematically eliminated from the show after their DUI convictions.
Spoiler alert!

Finally, a video of Dr. Pierre Chang -- aka Dr. Edgar Halliwax, Dr. Marvin Candle, Dr. Mark Wickmund or simply Francois Chau in real life -- that doesn't involve missing reels, cryptic instructions or hidden messages ... or does it?
What does that box of Krispy Kreme really mean?

It would have been great to have asked Daniel Dae Kim from "Lost" about his recent DUI and what his feelings were about the racist Spanish basketball team photo. Too bad we asked that guy those questions.

Hey, Daniel from TMZ here -- welcome to another edition of the "Lost" Diary.
Is it really all about to end? A strike-shortened season that gave us the Freighter Tots, flashforwards and "If anything goes wrong, Desmond Hume is my constant" is about to end. It's been an interesting season, to say the least, and it's safe to say I am at a Defcon 1 level of excitement right now.

Hey, Daniel from TMZ here -- welcome to another edition of the "Lost" Diary.
I used to be super excited for "Lost" every week, but this season hasn't left me with that "Oh my God 'Lost' is on tonight!" feeling like it used to. But after last week's great episode -- and knowing that we're down to the wire here -- I'm back to my old level of excitement about tonight's episode.

Hey, Daniel from TMZ here -- welcome to another edition of the "Lost" Diary.
I've had a really hard time writing this part of the Diary and I think that goes back to the fact that I have had a hard time putting my finger on this season. Flashforwards are unpredictable, the Losties are spread out in many different places, the Freighter is looming and Jacob is hanging over my head worse than final exams. I don't think I have had less of a clue of what is going to happen from week to week than I do now.

Hey, Daniel from TMZ here -- welcome to another edition of the "Lost" Diary.
I've bemoaned the lack of "TiVo Moments" this season on "Lost" -- and now I'm wondering if the lack of cliffhangers has sort of killed the anticipation for "Lost" each week. I've looked quickly back at the last few weeks worth of endings and only the "I'm Ben's daughter!" ending really left you hanging. I don't know, maybe it's just me but I don't have the same "LOST IS ON!!!" feeling lately.

Hey, Daniel from TMZ here -- welcome to another edition of the "Lost" Diary.
My friend Chris has been great about IMing me the morning of "Lost" and giving me a good one-liner that really sets me up for this blog. Thursday morning he only sent me this: "I totally forgot that 'Lost' started back up tonight. That's like f**king Christmas." Couldn't have said it better myself.

"Lost" star Josh Holloway went to the po po for help at LAX yesterday, trying to get an assist in keeping the paparazzi at bay.
Joshy boy got a big surprise, cause the cops ended up on Team Paps.

Hey, it's Daniel from TMZ here, back with the last "Lost" Diary before our Writer's Strike hiatus.
I took off Thursday and Friday from work so I can stay home for four days straight and watch nothing but college basketball. Now that "Lost" is on, I kind of don't know what to do. Who would be the four number one seeds in the "Lost" tournament? I go with Ben, Locke, Jack and Sayid -- I think they best represent what "Lost" is about. I'd have to put Widmore in my Final 4, though somehow he's becoming more and more of a player as things go on.

"Lost" star Evangeline Lilly and former cast member/ex-BF Dominic Monaghan reunited last night in the name of art. Monaghan was displaying his photographic "talents" for a show in Hollywood and his ex was kind enough to make an appearance.
Unfortunately, the only scandal at the gallery were the pieces being passed off as art and Evangeline's wig!
After this episode, we only have one more left until we go on Writers Strike hiatus. It's been a good run so far and I will be curious to see how the writers adjust after the hiatus. Here's a suggestion: Answer some questions. Just a thought.

"So because last week's 'Lost' was so good, does that automatically mean that this week's has to suck?"
That was the IM I got from my friend Chris on Thursday morning and now I have the fear of God in me. Is it possible? Can "Lost" be that good last week and this week too? One can only hope ...
