93. First off, that was funny as hell. I pity the fool who thinks otherwise. I know Mike made a mistake. I for one forgave him about five minutes after I watched the clip because, alongside seeing his public apology, I honestly believe that he made a mistake by taking the wrong route towards working around an audience distraction... stage inexperience. I'll gladly take that as an excuse.

As for the N word itself, what a lot of people commented don't understand is that it's not always true that blacks will bash whites for using the "N". As a matter of fact, as a "black" myself, I'm not very picky about it. The word that I don't mind other races use is an urban slang term generally meaning "ignorant one/wrong-doer". The problem that really set off the race's issues with Mike's account is

1)He broke the "Er" rule. Even if they're really close together in sound, many blacks will excuse "nigga" over "nigger" especially if that er is clearly present

2)He used the word out of anger. Spoken in general terms might not have been as bad, but he was clearly upset when he said it. Therefore, it became offensive to many

Those two don't go hand in hand. It's not smart. But the man is clearly mentally insane so you can't hate him forever
